8 Days Stress Release Meditation and Yoga Retreat in Bali

A Revitalizing Bali Yoga Retreat

  •  8 days with instruction

Our stress release packages offer a range of holistic spa treatments, yoga and meditation, and sightseeing. Ranging from our signature open chakra massage, to luxurious baths, sunrise yoga, and sunset meditation, to getting closer to nature through an eco-forest walk, all designed to relax and relieve your stress.

Zen yoga ranges from gentle movements, to increase stamina and suppleness, to more energetic practices, all of which harmonize the body, mind, and spirit connection through breathing, concentration, and exercise. Each session is a different experience that expands your body awareness and enhances the feeling of inner peace through gentle and strenuous yoga, silent and guided mediation, and pranayama.

Yoga

Begin every day with sunrise yoga with our yoga masters. Classes can be tailored to suit individual needs, and can be taken privately, or as part of a group session, including yoga retreat groups, in our specially designed Avani yoga pavilion surrounded by tropical flora, on the Nirvanam tree tops terrace with rolling views across rice fields, vineyards, and on to the alluring Bali sea or in the ashram room and library.

Meditation

Meditation is based on the principles of concentration and consciousness, without which logical and successful solutions of physical, mental, or spiritual tasks would be difficult to accomplish. Zen Resorts tree-tops meditation terrace is the perfect location for sunrise and sunset meditation.

Pranayama

Pranyama is the science of controlled, regulated, and effective breathing, thus purifying the physical body and bringing inner peace to the mind and soul. At Zen, pranayama is a daily practice as part of yoga and meditation.

Designed by Pete Thompson, the golf course at Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club is considered to be one of the top 5 courses in Asia. It is an 18-hole course, located inside the crater of an extinct volcano, at an altitude of over 1,100 m. The course has incredible views of mountains, crater lakes, and a rain forest, creating a dramatic backdrop for golfing.
